No one can help

I have applied for a Telkom line in end May 2013. It was said everything is fine and the line will be installed. I received a sms from Telkom to say "SHOULD THERE BE NO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THE EXPECTED DATE OF SERVICE DELIVERY IS 3 AUG 2013" I haven't hard anything from Telkom since the sms. According to this sms everything is fine and installation will be on the 3 Aug 2013. Called Telkom today just to verify if everything is fine for installation, but no one can tell me if installation will be on Saturday. Every time I get transfered to a different department that cant help me or I get cut off.

Can someone tell me what is going on as I'm struggling to get hold of someone that can help!
