20 days later I am still waiting for installation

On the 07th of June 2013, I applied for a new telephone line with ADSL. The line was approved and on the 11th of June I received an sms that said the technician was on his way and it is a whole day appointment and I must make sure that someone was in the house. I took a day off and I waited and no one arrived. I called on the 12th of June I was told that the techician says there is no infrastructure hence he could not install the phone. But there was no call nothing and I was told that the technical department is going to call me and again no one called. On the 13th of June, I called I again and I was told that I must escalate the matter, I did and I was given the same answer that the technical department will call me. This time I was given a referrence no: 523233. I waited again for a call and nothing. Today I called again 14 days later and I was given the same answer. I am dumbstruck by the lack of regard for custmers from Telkom. This is beyond disrespect. I am still waiting and I do not know for how long. I wonder if the directors or the divisional head for new business development knows that this is the kind of abuse people are subjected to.
