Do not purchase your phone from Y cell!!!

Phone ordered and delivery promised within maximum 1 week. Been over two weeks and still waiting. Half the time when you call no one answers the phone and when they do, the manager is out of the office. Was told on a daily basis my phone was couriered only to be told the next day it was going to be couriered the next day. Story after story (or after lie?) to cover up the absolutely terrible service. Latest update, after confirming my delivery address they complete the wrong address on the waybill and who knows where the phone is now. An absolute joke. Also, if you enjoy being laughed at when you complain... this is the supplier for you!!!
