My Phone is in the WRONG Province!!!

Hi after being promised delivery of my phone for the past two weeks, which on its own is very irritating as when each promised day of delivery came, I had to follow up only to hear that there was no stock.
However when I got called by Cell C to inform me the phone has been handed over to the couriers I called and they informed me that The Address for delivery is in Port Elisabeth while I am based in Cape Town. I don't know how this could have changed, as each time I called, one of the security questions was the delivery address which was correct until the time it got handed over to the Courier Company. The Phone Is currently in P.E. about to be delivered to the bogus address.
I have used more than R180 airtime following up about this matter which I clearly wont be getting back and after today I will be on the road for business and will not be able to collect if delivered for up to 2-3weeks. Not on!
