Cell C
Beware before changing to cell C

Phone ordered from Y cell and delivery promised within one week. Moving from another network. Phone not delivered and no explanation provided. When I phoned to query, the receptionist told me no one could assist as everyone has taken day off. A week later and still waiting. Been following up everyday and was promised phone had been couriered. Latest is that my old number has been ported to cell C now have no phone at all. Was suppose to arrive today, but as of a few minutes ago despite being given a waybill number, courier company has not received it yet. Absolute shocking and cell C needs to sort out the poor service from their service providers. Can't even complete this complaint correctly as I can't provide a cell number lol
