PAID BUT NO DELIVERY AFTER 2 MONTHS

Ordered Samsung S3 Mini BLUE phone on R800 data package April 2013.
White phone delivered. WRONG PHONE.
Called to report.
Took hours of being on hold, 3 different calls, 5 different people.
I never once contacted Cell C to say I was happy with product so that could activate. Entirely opposite happened.
A sim card port was initiated from Cell C side. NOT ME.
Activation of account happened without my approval.
Debit order went off my account. I still had not opened the sim card packaging.
Jacky in sales confirmed Cell C was in the wrong and would right it immediately.
Eventually Cell C courier collected the handset, which was in its entire packaging, unopened.
2 weeks later still waiting for assessment on packaging.
After being promised weeks later than BLUE phone would be couriered within 5 days, 12 days later I had to call Cell C again.
Wayde advised the new phone had not even been ordered!!!
He promised I would have the phone by Friday, 31st May 2013.
I am still waiting for my product.
I have emails and phone records to prove all this
2nd debit order going off my account.
