From approval delivery is within 48 hours!!

My headline is a statement made on a brochure I received when upgrading my son's phone. I have been waiting almost 2 months now.

On the 14th of February I upgraded the phone. On the 20th of February I received the phone. When we turned on the phone we were shocked to see pictures of different people and sms's. It was a 2nd hand phone.

I contacted MTN and they said they would send me a new phone when the courier had picked up the 2nd hand one. I phoned and e-mailed Tshego Malate on the 11th of March to find out when they would be picking up the phone and also changed the upgrade to an Iphone 5. On 11th of March they came and picked up the phone. The courier checked the contents in the box and I signed. On 18th March the courier arrived with another BlackBerry. I told him I was not accepting the phone as it was the wrong make. From then till now I have sent 26 e-mails to MTN and made numerous phone calls to (Dube Tshegofats, Chantell Pretorious, Calvin Madondo, Ntokozo Mnisi). The only person who had gone out of his way to help is Lloyd Heath.

On the 16th of April it is my son's birthday and that is meant to be his present. I still haven't received the phone.
