Nearly 3 months and still no phone!!!

I was contacted by Zainodien Dreyer of MTN Direct in early March 2013 for an upgrade to a BBZ10. I received it (IMEI No 354010051899632) on the 6th of March but noticed during the first few days that it was dropping the network at random times. I took the phone into my local MTN branch in Hillcrest where they confirmed an out of box failure (OBF). They then said they could not exchange the phone for a new one as I had taken the contract through MTN Direct and not through the store. They told me to go to Pavillion (approx 20 minute drive away), which I did, but to no avail - they told me to go back to work and phone the consultant who had sold me the contract. I had about 3 of these up and down trips between Pavillion and Hillcrest before finally being able to hand it in on the 13th of March 2013. The courier fetched the phone from MTN Hillcrest (courier no. M2774336) and since I have heard nothing! I have no phone! I have attempted to contact Mr Dreyer at least 10 times but the consultants tell me they cannot put me through and they will e-mail him and cc his manager. I've also e-mailed him and had no reply. This is disguisting, I should not have to pay for a phone I dont have!
