I left report on 3 April 2013, from a problem starting trying to sort out from 4 MARCH. My contract has been upgraded and I still do not have a new phone. Phoning head office does not help! I have a scheduled c-section on 24 April and I am running out of time to get a new phone as I am sure I will not have the energy to deal with Nashua then - can hardly cope now. What does someone have to do get feedback???
