Appalling service!!!

I am an existing client with Autopage and are appalled at their horrific service. I cannot state this strongly enough. I got a call from their agents to upgrade my two year contract. The promise was an upgrade from my Blackberry 8520 to a Blackberry 9320 for an amount about the same as I pay now. I received the phone on 5 March 2013.Less than three weeks later at 24 March 2013 while browsing the internet with my phone the screen just went completely blank. When it remained so I called their customer care on 26 March 2013 and they promised to come and pick up the phone within 48 hours via courier. It is now 9 April 2013 TWO WEEKS later and still no show. Furthermore I got my bill on 3 April and saw that they added all sorts of extra costs which I did not agree upon such as My Music and Lifestyle package..I did not agree on that! Upon calling them again after receiving my bill I was told that my upgrade was in fact a NEW contract now. Not what i agreed on! The supposed R 150 I should pay now amounts to about R 300!!! How does this happen? And that for a blank phone I cannot even use! When will this phone get picked up? Bad service and NO assistance at all. Shocked! Appalled! DISGUSTED!
