I have been a Cell C customer for over 2 years and never had any complaints, until March 2013 when I upgraded my contract on 31/03/2013 and received the phone on 03/04/2013 via courier - when I received it the speaker was not working and I sent it back with the courier.
Query was acknowledged on ref. number OBF084394 and phone was booked in for repairs.
I also requested that the phone model needs to be changed as I was not confident in accepting a phone which was broken from the first day. I have Call Centre more than 12 times from March 2013, and still haven't received my new phone.
Until the 1/06/2013 I have been waiting for feedback and Cell C replied with ref. number 3052201925 and yet I am paying for a contract without the use of the handheld.
It is now 3 months later, I still haven't received my new phone for which I am paying, Cell C keeps deducting the money from my account. I demand that 3 months credit, be given back to me since I am paying for services not received. I am also so disappointed in Cell C's "no can do service" I am really considering changing to another network provider.
