8ta unable to supply me with info

In March on the 12th, I got a message from 8ta that I have depleted my 10GB data. That was very surprising and I called 8ta and logged Case 4152818 last month requesting that 8ta supply me with the websites visited by number.
Today I call to get feedback and I am informed that the case was closed even though no one contacted me and the call centre still can't give me the websites visited. How is it possible that the people I am paying my money to every month acnnot give me the info.
Basically 8ta cheated me on my bundles and now they are trying to hide behind being unable to supply me with info. I need the info because I do not want a repeat of that scenario, there is mo way I can use 10GB in 11 days and I don't download much.
