Bad service by a call centre agent

I called Vodacom customer care number 111 to ask for assistance and guidance in doing a sim swop, and the gentleman asked if I had done rica for the new sim card and I said yes, he then told me the information in the old sim card does not match the information used to rica the new sim card. I then asked the consultant how is that possible because the information on my old number was mine with the same id number and address details, there was no response, even when I asked which information does not match? he only said I must get a new sim card and I asked what do I do with the one I just bought and he said I must go to Vodashop (fair enough) I then asked if there is a reference for the call so that if I need second opinion i can refer to the call we had, in one word the guy said NO with a boasting tone, I then asked again what then would I use if I need to refer to our conversation again in one word the guy said "Samson" at that point I got really angry with the attitude he was directing to me and I lost it as I responded with a connotation and I hang up, he called back and told me he doesn't like the manner to which I spoke to him when I hung up. I was really dissapointed by this.
