I was robbed on Friday night, I called in 111 Saturday morning to block my sim card, on Sunday I purchased a new cell phone which came with a new starter pack as I'm on prepaid, when I asked for a sim swop I was told to purchase another sim card and this time not to Rica the sim card, this is exactly what I done, so I called in again and then I was told to go out and purchase another sim Rica it but don't put it in a cell phone, at this point I was fed up because I was being sent from pillar to post alas I got another sim Rica'd I called in and spoke to both Mistika and her supervisor Marshelina who both told me now I can't sim swop because my Rica information doesn't match, I just sim swopped 3 months ago .i'm still without my number, this is disgusting service..
