BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

I am amazed at the bad service I have received since I gave my phone in for repairs at MTN Riverside Nelspruit 7 February 2013. Up to date my phone has been back and forth at least 3 times between the repair centre and the store not repaired. The excuse every time is that the proof of purchase was not sent with the hand device. I do not have the invoice and I expected the shop where I upgraded my device to be able to give me a copy of the invoice and send it together with the handset to the repair centre. This can't be done because of a system upgrade MTN did a while ago which prevents them from printing previous invoices. The sales person at the store (Aubert) promised weeks ago that he Will sort this out but nothing has been done. I do not know where the phone is currently and I spoke to a lady this morning at the store who told me that they are still waiting for a response from the repair centre. Two months and three days??? I would feel ashamed if I worked for a company like MTN.
