Iburst
Two months, many reports, no feedback

I have a problem with my email account which is through Iburst. I can receive emails but can not send. I have tried to contact them but they do not answer their phones. Emails to the helpdesk do not get answered. They are costing my business money. I can't work like that. I'm a good costomer with them since 2007.
