Iburst
Poor service and customer feedback

Iburst are the most frustrating company to deal with. One would think that a National company like iburst who offer national internet coverage would have a emergency after hours number that one can phone when there is a problem with their server. In the last two weeks i could not log onto google or my gmail account. Ibursts excuse was that this was a underwater cable problem. My business suffered because of it as i had periodic interruption's with receiving and sending emails. Today Google is up but my email has been down since 11am. I tried to log onto ibursts webmail account and website but could not log on. I tried to phone iburst but could not get through. I am really so frustrated with them. Can somebody please tell me what is going on?
