On 04/12/2013 I cancelled my iburst 24 months contract. From that day I was supposed to be on the Pro10 contract. From the next day NOTHING worked. I phoned iburst in Bloemfontein about 10 times and their technical department in Johannesburg about 10 times. I also phoned their advanced technical department, but I still couldn't get ANY INTERNET ACCESS! iBurst could not fix the problem. Their offices are within walking distance from my business, but they didn't do the effort to come out and try to fix the problem! NOTHING WAS DONE!!
Now I've received an account for R1087.61.
I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SERVICES I DID NOT RECEIVE!
I have emailed their CEO, Mr. Thami Mtshali (he read my email) and their accounts department (they also read my complaint) and I sent a reminder to them for an answer - but they ignore me.

This will also be reported to ICASA.
STAY AWAY FROM IBURST!!!
