Hello,
I had a contract with iburst back in 2009, in 2010 I cancelled my contract because I've moved to England. I did the cancellation from my iBurst email, and I got confirmation that I don't have to worry about a thing. My iBurst account were blocked immediately after cancellation as well. Now 4 years later, I get a call from a Debt Agency saying I owe iBurst R20000, 00!! Since my cancellation I did not received any invoices or any form of communication from them. I've send an email to iBurst asking them to check my account for the emails and to send me proof of invoices emailed or post to me. Up to date, I did not received anything, except phone calls from the debt agency demanding my ID number, which I will not give out just like that.

Please can you assist me in sorthing this out, as this is now against my name, but iBurst does not comply or help me with anything.
