BAD SEVICE, bad communication

I received an enormous bill from iburst for 3 months worth of usage - R6871.23. FOR CHECKING EMAILS. I use the modem only for business, I don't watch videos or download music. If iburst does charge so much for that amount of data - THEY ARE ROBBERS!

I have emailed iburst several times over the last couple of months on: [Email Removed] [Email Removed] but no one ever gets back to me, if they had sent me the bill for the first month in time I would have immediately stopped the account - but they always send it months late. I have now stopped the account more than a month ago but am stuck with the bill.
I have called and emailed here is reference numbers (just a few) which iburst can gladly check:

IBURST listen up: I want to settle the matter; I will negotiate an amount which is fair; I have told your people this. My legal adviser told me that it is negotiable, so that is what I will do. WITH WHO MUST I SPEAK ABOUT THIS?? Every month you pull the money from my account - I will keep on reversing this with my bank - If you want any money - CALL ME - someone who can handle negotiations.
