Misleading and REFUSE TO RESOLVE

I have complained 3 times on hello peter and they rudely reply that they acknowledge the issue and someone will call me. It has been months now and no one has called me to resolve the issue. I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON'T HAVE!!!
