15 complaints in total, no resolution from MTN

I have in 8 months logged 15 complaints regarding bad signal, and MTN only promise to resolve the issue, but the moment they put the phone down, the customer is forgotten.
They refuse to transfer me to their legal department to sort out the issue of me paying for a service and not receiving it.
When somebody in the call centre log the call, they refuse to give reference numbers, and never return the calls.
The stores are absolutely useless, untrained people more interested in their phones than assisting customers, including the Gauteng regional Manager.
Your corporate image MTN. you sponser 15million to to government parties, but you don't care about the people who supported your brand for the last 12 years.

May I request again that a senior manager call me to resolve this issue, or will this just go unattended again.
