Good Day to whomever is actually willing to assist me.

In short:

I have been charged incorrectly for out-of-bundle data for the month of October 2013. I have sent all required documentation on several occasions, as requested and no one wishes to contact me and resolve my query. I have cooperated and actively strived to resolve this issue, while Vodacom Service Reps choose to ignore the situation. I have all the proof needed to rectify the incorrect charges billed to me.

Please stop harassing me with messages informing me about arrears on my account, you are affecting my credit status and I do not appreciate this, if you cannot resolve the issue or at least attempt to.

I cannot pay the actual due amount, if the requested value is a false representation.

I would appreciate a response from an individual at a more Senior level, who can actually resolve this simple issue.
