A upgrade was performed on my contract in Nov 2013. Vodacom acknowledges that it was their fault. I was give a statement with an amount with which to settle this account in order for me to close it.
Today I call their call centre and have been informed that I have an outstanding amount of R9000 for the handset taken. Firstly, I would like to know what kind of phone costs this amount and why is it still reflecting on my account when this problem does not originate with me???
I have been a loyal customer with Vodacom since 1996 and have been treated so shoddily for the past 2 months. This issue is now taking over 2 months to resolve and I am the one who is doing the run around. I am officially fed up and would like nothing to do with this service provider.
To think that I have given them business for almost 8 years and this is how they treat me!!! I need someone to resolve this issue as a matter of urgency and to give me the resolution in writing. I have been extremely patient regarding this issue but this is where I draw the line!!!
I am sick and tired of the query being escalated!!! SORT IT OUT AND DELETE ME FROM YOUR RECORDS!!!
