Finally someone with a brain at MTN

Over the years I have had to visit the MTN branch in Claremont many times and there is one common denominator:
If I don't get to see a consultant called Lloyd Manoek it all goes pear shaped.
It also seems to me that all the other people working there go to him for help and advice.
How is it that one person can be so much more knowledgeable about their own products, sim swaps and blocking of phones than the others?? The absolute nightmare I went through last time my phone was went beyond funny... I even had an agent ask me why I didn't have my original box that the phone came with on me- as if I was silly not to have it...

So Thank You Lloyd for all your hard work and making things happen the FIRST time and always with ease.. I realise I wait in the line much longer that others but you see there is only one person who knows what is going on!!
