Problem with purchasing for months, NO ASSISTANCE!

I have called in numerous times and held for more than 40 minutes at a time to have my groupon account issues sorted. I am not able to purchase for months and no one seems to care to even assist me. Everytime i get told its reset and then its not. This will be my second report on hello peter about this issue and still no one has contacted me or even seems to care. Its pathetic service and i cant believe the blatant ignoring of my phonecalls and complaints over the months about this issue.

Please resolve ASAP
