Guess the date!!!

I ordered an ASDL line 27/03 order 75624163. On 8/4 I received a text message stating installation has been scheduled for a full day on 11/04, should this not be convenient I can change the date online otherwise I can rely yes to confirm the appointment. The date was set with my reply and I took time off from work. On 9/04 I received a text stating I was scheduled for 10/04. I called Telkom, as the website to change the date was note and currently is still not working and was assured that the date is still 11/04. On 10/04 I receive a call, shortly after receiving a text that a tech has been dispatched, by the tech asking if he is at the right house. I explained to him the appointment is for the next day. On 11/04 I call at 10h00 asking when the tech will arrive for the installation, and was informed that they usually arrive between 8h30 and 12h30. At 10h12 I receive a text saying the installation will be on 12/04 and after a call to Telkom and being told they are not sure if the tech will come I receive another text at 10h19 that installation will be 11/04. After more than one call I was told a supervisor will call me, I am still waiting. Cherry on top, I have received a ASDL bill?
