Reoccuring problem with Telkom!!

I have a R499 (all inclusive) package with Telkom SA, and since I had this account, I have been notified that I should receive 2 accounts each month of which I am only receiving 1.

On 21/01/2013 I effected payment of R947 at Telkom Greenstone, and I told them that the contract value is only R499 per month, which they have promised to rectify. I have then lodged a complaint through Hello Peter, and to date no action on response.

On 28/02/2013 I effected payment of R765 at Telkom Festival Mall, and explained to the consultant that we have the R499 contract, and does not receive the statements. The consultant urged me to come back the following day to resolve the billing situation pertaining to the statements. I went back the next day, the consultant contacted Telkom, and they rectified the package amount to R499 (all inclusive).

I have not received a statement for March, and went to Telkom Greenstone to pay R499, they issued me with a statement of R702.20. The statement reflects Subsc: R670.17, and not R499??

On 03 April I received a sms to inform suspension of service if R702.24 are not paid -note incr!
