Suffer Due to miss comunication and no one to help

I am extremely un happy with the service I have received from Telkom, I took the unlimited package due to the amount I was spending on pre paid with vodacom, the day the contract was signed by me the sales lady informed me that I will not pay that month it will be carried over to the following month and visa versa with the months that followed, meaning as I understood R1500 per month and no more and she agreed when I asked.

I was happy with that and budgeted accordingly as I do not earn alot and need to buget, I then recieve a e-mail yesterday 04-05-2013 with a invoice attached, the amount was just under R3000 which is two months installments, I was caught completely off guard as I was expecting a bill of R1500 the amount agreed on and I only have R3000 in my account.

I phoned both the 8ta store in green stone mall and the customer care just to be turned down time after time and told there is nothing they can do for me as it is a new contract.

I am in a bit of a spin as I have only budgeted for the R1500 as agreed but now have to pay the R3000 due to the lack of interest and communication I received from the sales lady, HOW DO I LIVE FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH!!!
