I have been with 8ta since 2011 and encountered several issues with not only their services but also the negative attitude from the call centre agents.
I called the call centre again last week as I once again encountered an issue with the inefficient service and I was assisted by a team leader - Navitha. She listened to me and my query and assisted me. She promised to email and call me to keep me updated, this promise was kept up to. 8ta as a network still has many issues, at least now I know there are some efficient and helpful people working for them whom are willing to show what customer service really means.
