Exceptional customer service

Excellent service from Siyabonga Mhlauli. Totally the opposite that one gets especially from the call centre @ Cell C. Siyabonga is a team leader and his attitude was exceptional, hope other staff be it junior or senior can learn from his example @ Cell C. He kept to his word and promised to follow-up which he did. Also credit must be given to the agent as well who was pleasant, understanding and willing to assist and handled the call professionally unlike other agents. First time had no problem to speak to a team leader. The agent name is Leonie Losper. Another agent where credit must be given is Precious Xulu who emailed Siyabonga to contact me. She was in the Durban call centre and Siybonga in JHB and she did not brush me off but assisted me. Great service from these ladies and siyabonga, keep it up. Cell C should be grateful having your'll as shining examples.
Their service was totally the opposite tot he technical department who i spoke to David Mohapi who took a message for his team leader to phone me but up to date did not get call from 02/06/13. David did not handle the call professionally and did assist me. Will log a complaint about his service.
