Thanks for assisting so well with my ADSL

My ADSL started working slowly even to the point of not working at all last this week around Wensday/ Thursday. I phoned Telkom who gave me a ref no and them followed up and assisted me to get the line up and running again as it should. The call centre agent followed up three times on me to see if the problem was resolved. I value this very much and want to praise Telkom again for resolving issues when they arise.

My only concern still is why doesn't my line connect at 2 meg. I get a connection speed of 1.5 meg. I don't have major issue with this just as long as my line works properly. I do want to move up to a 4 meg line but wont move until I see my line connecting properly at 2 meg.

Convey my thanks to the team of people who assisted me. Be assured that as long as I get this type of service I will stay with Telkom. Telkom improved a lot and I feel its important that people take note of this. Keep up the good work and don't slack on your good service.
