It is 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for a Team Leader to contact me regarding my Query, called the call centre and spent 45 mins on the phone with them and they could still not help me with my Home Loan Query, then went into a branch and the guy who helped me also had to call the call centre where we held for another 40 mins with out any answers, when I asked both times to speak to a supervisor they told me they couldn't put me through but they will escalate the problem and a Team Leader would contact me within 24 Hours, well guess what it's 2 weeks later and I have still had no call from any Team Leader. Was looking at switching all my accounts over to FNB, but am having my doubts now seeing that they can't help sort out the first Query I have with them. Maybe what FNB should do is stop spending all there money on Advertising and investing it into Training there Staff, There Call Centre and Customer Service as all these services are pretty useless in my view, your call centre agents can't answer any questions and need to speak to the Team Leaders to get answers, so why not just put us straight through to the Team Leaders to avoid all the stress and frustration.
