Cell C
Network issues

I have subscribed to Cell C thinking that they are a dynamic, customer centric mobile service provider. However, I seem to be at wits end now as I have had issues with my network coverage and there seems to be no comms on the status (as promised). I have missed very important calls and losing business as people cannot get hold of me!

I complained (ref 1732867). having not had any feedback, i again called the supervisor at their contact centre on 12/02 who said that an investigation was done and there is a problem. I was promised that the technician will call me to confirm the 'fix' date. Still waiting!!! I want the problem rectified as I am not receiving / cannot make calls / SMS issues / intermittent data coverage. The calls are also dropped. If only I had known that Cell C has a network coverage issue then I would not have taken their contract. There is no network problem with the other service providers.
