Appalled by Cell C service as a whole!!!

I have been with Vodacom for over ten years and was looking at changing to cell c & applied for an I Phone 5 contract five weeks ago & still have not heard one word back from them. I called customer services to complain & I had to wait 20 mins before a consultant answered & then she had such an attitude on the phone that I hung up.
I cannot believe the shocking service from Cell C as a whole. I now understand why Vodacom is more popular!!!
