I migrated my contract to a new contract and got a quotation for the migration. On the first of the month i noticed that migration never went through i phoned vodacom and they said that they will rectify as they can see on the system that migration was logged. To top it all, i got a quotation to migrate to a package and confirmed it various times on the phone, they claim that i tried to migrate to a bigger package. I never even got a quotation for a bigger package. It has been a week of phoning every day morning and night trying to resolve this and every day i get told that i will have an answer within an hour. it is not the 9th of the month. First complaint went in on the 1st. SHOCKING. when i phone head office and ask to speak to a manager they just put me back to call center. tired of fighting and no-one cares.
