STILL NO DELIVERY/COLLECTION

Im reaching a point of wanting to cancel this order. i've been holding the line for 30 minutes now to check the status of my delivery. I complained on the 2nd April 2013 and today is the 10th and still no delievry.

Should i not receive the correct product that I ordered by tomorrow 11.04.2013 Thursday. Please collect the incorrect one and cancel the order.

I will order elsewhere.
