An agent called me on the 10th April 2013 and he processed an upgrade order with me and told me to expect delivery within 3-4days but to date i have not received any handset. I called today 16th April 2013 to find out the status of the delivery, was given way bill number to track order online and it was only despatched today by Road from DBN and i am in Pretoria. I am so dissapointed in such poor service as i could have went into a Voda shop and received the handset immediately had they not called me before the due date for the upgrade cause i thought it would work out faster. I just want to cancel the order and have nothing more to do with them in the future.
