Kalahari late delivery - Poor Customer Service

I placed an order on 5 December 2013. The expected delivery date for the order was 18 December 2013. It is 2 January 2014 today and I have still not received my order. I have called [URL Removed] on numerous occasions to check the status of the order and they keep saying that they will check with the courier company and get back to me. Of course, no one from kalahari gets back to me. I eventually resorted to contacting the courier company myself... i have been promised that i will receive delivery tomorrow. If i do receive my order by then needless to say i will be requesting a refund and never using kalahari again.
