LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PATHETIC SERVICE

Due to me having a third party to receive my delivery i was informed that i will be notified before delivery in order to arrange for someone to be available. I was told to provide the name of the person who will be receiving the delivery and they must produce their ID and a copy of my ID as well as a letter authorising the collection. No call was made and the delivery arrived and there was no one available at my residence to receive order. A non delivery notification was left, i called in the next day only to be told that my order will be delivered on thursday 04/07/2013. I advised not to deliver on Thursday but rather Friday. The order was despatched on thursday only to be taken back again. I called in on Friday to be told my order will be delivered on Monday. I threw up a fuss because i had already arranged for collection. A "special" delivery was arranged. Upon delivery the person collecting my order is being asked for my original ID and a copy of his ID. I have no problem with rules but communicate it to me. Dont do it when the driver is at my doorstep. I asked to speak to Preggie the manager but he was in a meeting. Due to Ram's staff incompetence i am without my delivery.
