No delivery and no response

While they promise delivery within 24-72h i haven't received my product for over a month. In the beginning they replied on my emails saying at first: will be delivered tomorrow. A week later they said they had problems because they were changing couriers. Week later i didnt get a reply when asking for an update.

Last Monday I sent a message asking for a status update. On Wednesday I told them to reply or I will cancel my order. No reply again. Today Friday i sent a message saying cancel my order and got an immediate reply saying: " understood".

I wouldn't have minded the late delivery if they would keep me updated properly but to say it's being delivered tomorrow which isn't true, then later come back with a different reason and then after that never updating me again is just horrible.

Awaiting to get my money returned now.
