Incorrect Delivery to NO delivery

I placed my first & only order with Citymob on the 14th of Feb for a pair of Sneakers & 3 other small items. I received an email from Linda (Citymob support) on the 27th of Feb saying that their suppliers supplied the incorrect sneakers, & they would send couriers to collect the incorrect sneakers and deliver the correct ones within 2weeks. Yet, I still hadn't even received my order in the first place! My order arrived on the 28th of Feb & the couriers came to collect the incorrect sneakers a week later. It is now the 2nd of APRIL and I still have not received the correct sneakers that I ordered!!! It has been a month and a half since I placed my order!... Needless to say, I will never use Citymob again nor recommend them to anyone.
