Really bad service and support

I was due to receive an upgrade in March. A week after I completed the form I contacted them to find out when I can expect delivery of the new phone. I was told that they are experiencing a problem with the upgrade because of the insurance that I have on my current BB (I am upgrading to an iPhone). After 4 days it was still not resolved so I spent 20 mins in a queue again just to be told that they still can't resolve it. In short - I have now spent a total of 2 hours standing in queues and it is STILL not resolved. I have my phone, but it cannot be activated due their internal issues. The worst is that I don't receive updates so I have to contact them each time to find out what the status is. So, I am sitting with a new iPhone 5 which cannot be used because of (in my opinion), lack of commitment and sheer incompetence.
