1 month long wait for iphone 5 upgrade after orde

On the 26 October 2013, I visited Altech Autopage Cellular at Canal Walk to receive my cellphone upgrade. They did not have iphone 5 in White instore, so they said it will be ordered and I can fetch it within the next 5days. 4 WEEKS have past and I have still not received anything. I then had to call in over 5 times to find out what is going on. a number of different people told me there is a backlog and they don't know when it will arrive. I had to eventually call customer service in JHB where they said they also Cant help me, however they contacted the Canal walk branch and told them to phone me back. This was the first time, on November 21, that I was notified that there is no more iphone 5's available. I am disgusted that I had to keep calling to find out whats the status of my upgrade and moreover, that the staff at Autopage did not bother calling me to update me. This not only reflects badly on their service but also in Apple's service. Absolutely DISGUSTED!
