Upgraded my contract a week ago (13 Nov 2013) where I was giving very good service, with the only exception of receiving empty words and broken promises. I was told that I would be receiving my new iPhone 5s Gold 32Gb on Monday (18 November 2013) and that I can expect delivery at my house as of Monday. So it's Wednesday already, a WEEK after my upgrade where my pre-ordered iPhone is STILL not here. When Vodacom told me to use my ref. number to track my waybill on RAM, the website says "Waybill not found", therefore insinuating that the phone hasn't even left the warehouse yet!

I find it a disgrace that SO many people are experiencing this and no one is given a straight answer as to what the status of the phone is. I mean, I could have waited in a line on launch day and have my phone already. Pre-ordering from this service has really disappointed me.
