Bakcberry Repair Non-sense

Hi, my name is William.
I sent my BlackBerry Z10 in yesterday (8April 2013) for a cracked screen repair at 11:30
They said it would take approximately 2 - 2 and a half hours to repair if I accept the quote.
I accepted the quote for repair at approximately 12:55 pm yesterday (8 April 2013) of which the cost were R2, 782.00.
I went there at 15:20 yesterday afternoon (8 April 2013) to pay and collect where they told me the costs was no longer R2, 782.00 but R4, 300.00.
No one was noticed of the change in cost after the acceptance of the first repair.
I am still waiting on the handset and will not pay the extra money, due to the fact that when I called I was given a different amount on which I had budgeted on.
