Vodacom Repairs is a shambles

HTC handset was booked in for repair early in January 2013 with a cracked screen.
Phone is still not repaired despite quote for repair being accepted and numerous attempts to determine what is causing the delay.
It appears the problem is administrative - i.e. they do not have a clue what they are doing or how to perform a simple task - tell a technician to repair the phone!
