Cell C
Pathetic service

I have been trying resolve my issue with cell c for the past 5 weeks. This is my 3rd complaint on hellopeter and have been promised by cell c that a certain Mbongeni will contact me. I never received a call from him or Cell C yet. It is frustrating to wait for 45min trying to get thru to customer service.
I upgraded to another contract and i did not receive my phone as yet. No one has contacted me afer several emails and phone calls to them.
CELL C IS PATHETIC.
