We bought a 7. 5 kva generator on 12 of feb 2013. We used it twice. On the 18th of april we tried to use it for the 3rd time it did not work! So we took it in. We contacted them on 3 occasions on 23/04. 02/05 and 09/05 at 1 time they told us it would be R2500 to repair. We went there yesterday to demand our money back. They couldn't even privide us with a quote. Telling us that it is out of their hands and that it is the manufacturers responsibility. How can they quote a person R2500 for a repair if they don't even have a quotation???
