Poor service

Panasonic Projector taken in for repair. Contacting them is the worst automated telephone system i have experienced. Received a fax quote to repair for R3000.00 in December (could replace projector for this price) On 14th Jan 2013 received an email quote for R467.43 which was excepted and an order was issued to proceed with repair. After eventually negotiating there automated phone system to determine the status of the repair was told that the parts were no longer available and the repair would cost R3000.00 as the parts would have to be imported from Japan. My impression is that no one at LET ME REPAIR cares about customer service.
